Do you offer balloon delivery?
Yes! We proudly offer balloon delivery throughout Raleigh, Cary, Wake Forest, Durham, and the surrounding Triangle area.
A minimum order of $49.99 is required for delivery.
How much is delivery?
Standard Delivery: $20
Larger installations (arches, Chiara walls, columns, marquee numbers/letters) may require:
Delivery, Setup & Pickup: $40–$100

If additional fees apply, you’ll be notified by email.
What are your delivery hours?
Standard Delivery:
9:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Early Bird Delivery:
7:00–8:00 AM — $40
6:00–7:00 AM — $60
5:00–6:00 AM — $80
After-Hours Delivery:
4:00–6:00 PM — $25
7:00–10:00 PM — $75
10:00 PM–12:00 AM — $100
Can I send balloons anonymously?
Yes. Anonymous delivery is available upon request.
The sender’s name will not be shared unless you choose to include it.
What happens if I’m delivering to a business?
If the recipient is unavailable, balloons will be left at the business location.
What about residential deliveries?
Someone must be present to accept the delivery.
We’ll coordinate delivery timing by phone the day before or the morning of delivery.
If the recipient does not respond, delivery time may be delayed.
Can you deliver to hospitals?
Yes — foil balloons only (per hospital regulations).
We will confirm hospital policies and patient status before delivery.
Can you deliver to hotels?
Yes. Deliveries are made to the front desk, bell desk, or concierge.
The customer is responsible for ensuring hotel staff completes the delivery.
Do you deliver to schools?
Yes, when permitted. Deliveries are made to the main office.
The customer is responsible for coordinating student pickup.
What is your cancellation policy?
Submitting an order means you agree to the cancellation policy below.
Orders under $500
Full refund if canceled by 9:00 AM (ET) the day before delivery
Cancellations after that may incur 50%–100% of the order total
Same-day cancellations are not accepted
Orders over $500
Full refund if canceled 7 days prior to delivery (by 9:00 AM ET)
Late cancellations may incur 50%–100% of the order total
What if there’s severe weather?
If severe weather is forecasted, a Party Balloons by Q consultant will contact you to:
Confirm
Reschedule
Or discuss refund options
Same-day cancellation requests cannot be accommodated.
When is payment required?
Orders must be paid in full at least 7 days before the event
In some cases, a 48-hour grace period may be approved if a deposit is arranged
No payment = no order
No contracts are required
